10 MATTERS ARISING from the last meeting:
a) Item 19 – EMERGENCY PLAN – Clerk to report she had spoken to the Emergency Planning Officer at South Cambs District Council and parish specific plans were no longer required.

b) Item 06 – VILLAGE RANGER – the Clerk did some preliminary investigations into the role of a Village Ranger and concluded the litter pickers were carrying out this function to some degree.

Cllr Martin to review the current policy and present to the Committee for discussion and decision.

14 STAFFING:
a) APPRAISALS – To report the Clerk carried out the Litter Pickers Appraisals in September 2024 and had her appraisal by Cllr A Robinson in July (PAPERS FROM LITTER PICKERS APPRAISALS ATTACHED).
