124 To receive APOLOGIES.
125 To receive DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST from Councillors.
126 To consider CO-OPTING Dr Ian Hunt to the Parish Council (PAPER ATTACHED).
127 OPEN FORUM FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC. To allow members of the public to address the Council.
128 To receive reports from Cambridgeshire County Council, South Cambridgeshire District Council and the Parish Clerk including correspondence.
129 To consider and approve the Draft Minutes of the Full Parish Council meeting held on 2nd December 2024.
130 MATTERS ARISING from 2nd December meeting:
i) Item 71e – DEFIBRILLATORS IN TEVERSHAM – to report funding for a second defibrillator at Hope Chapel has been secured from Clarion and two defibrillators ordered as installation at Ferndale has been agreed (second to be financed by parish council).
ii) Item 117 – to report the deadline for the high street improvement grants was 15th December and no application was made.
iii) Item 122 ii) FINANCE AND AUDIT COMMITTEE Item 26: To report the precept request document was emailed to South Cambs District Council on 11th December 2024.

131 PLANNING:
Cllr A Robinson to present a report on the Greater Cambridge Supplementary Planning Documents Consultation following views emailed to her from parish councillors. Closing date 24th January 2025.
132 To discuss the use of, and antisocial behaviour in, the Cherry Hinton Road layby.
133 OFFICIAL OPENING OF THE PAVILION – to fix a date for the official opening (PAPER ATTACHED).

i) SOUTH CAMBRIDGESHIRE POLICE COMMUNITY MEETING – Cllr Oxford to report
ii) SAVE HONEY HILL CAMPAIGN – Cllr Amrani to report any updates

iv) SCHOOLS – Cllr I Robinson to report any updates
v) AIRPORT CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE – to report the November meeting was postponed
vi) MARLEIGH/SPRINGSTEAD – to report the next planning meeting is on 28th January, 10.30am to 12.30pm, at St Andrews Church
vii) TEVERSHAM FEAST – to report the date of the Feast is 7th June
viii) CAMBRIDGESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
a) To report Phase 2 of “Our Vision for Cambridgeshire” is a Consultation Survey that seeks views on the spending and savings proposals in their draft Business Plan https://www.cambridgeshire.gov.uk/council/finance-and-budget/business-plans/business-plan-2025-to-2026#msdynmkt_trackingcontext=d354da5e-0b63-4d03-8615-43b580f5bc39 Deadline is 9th January 2025.

135 To report 2025 will mark the 200th anniversary of the birth of the modern railway – CAPALC has invited all councils to join in the national celebration of this milestone and requested our support to ensure widespread awareness and engagement across communities, enhancing the impact of the historic commemoration.
136 COMMITTEE UPDATES: there have been no committee meetings since the last Full Council.
137 HIGHWAYS:
To report the CLERK AND CHAIR HIGHWAYS LIAISON MEETING, organised by Cllr Daunton with other clerks and chairs from Fulbourn, Quy, The Wilbrahams and Six Mile Bottom will be held on 20th January, 12.45pm to 2pm at Great Wilbraham Memorial Hall.
138 FINANCE:
i) To consider raising the parish council debit card maximum from £250.
ii) Full PAYMENT SCHEDULES AND BANK RECONCILIATIONS for January will be circulated before the meeting. To consider and approve the payments listed on the payment schedules.
