a) Item 164 – REPLACEMENT STREETLIGHTING ISSUES – a reply was received from Alan Hitch, ATTACHED.

b) Item 181 i – CHERRY TREES IN RECREATION GROUND CAR PARK – Clerk to report she contacted Fulbourn Forum about the planting and maintenance for their new tree planting scheme and Cllr Kelleway was speaking to their contractor.

c) Item 181 iii – THE PAVILION – To report a reply was received from Cherry Hinton Lions apologising for the door being left wide open overnight on 3rd April 2025. Email was circulated previously.

d) Item 017 – MARLEIGH and ROAD IMPROVEMENTS – To report the Clerk has tried to speak to Hill about the timing of the roundabout at the Church Road/Airport Way junction, without success (two emails and two phone messages).

e) Item 021 CADENT GAS PARKING – To report no reply has been received to the Clerk’s correspondence following the last meeting.

They concluded there was a housing need. The next stage is a potential scheme will be formulated and the developers will enter into formal dialogue with South Cambs District Council.

024 TEVERSHAM NEWS – To report the deadline for the summer edition is 1st July 2025.

v) PARISH FORUM (planning) – To report the next Parish Forum (planning) is on 28th May, 4:30pm to 6pm, online. Agenda includes Industry update (local plan and design codes); Cambourne Growth and the Planning and Infrastructure Bill.

vi) POLICE – Cllr Oxford to report on Parish Liaison Meeting.
