14 INTEREST RATES: To report the gross interest rates for the Parish Council’s accounts (as at 30th June 2023) are:

15 NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF DATE FOR THE EXERCISE OF ELECTORS RIGHTS AND AUDIT TIMINGS – to report no requests to inspect the annual accounts 2022/2023 were received. The period runs out on Friday 14th July 2023.

16 To report the paperwork to add Cllr Robinson as a signatory is ongoing.

17 Cllr Amrani to report back on appointing a planning advisor to help the parish council.

18 To approve the purchase of new defibrillator batteries. PAPER ATTACHED from Cllr Hunt.

19 To consider a quote for a bus shelter panel in Cherry Hinton Road bus shelter following vandalism PAPER ATTACHED.

20 PENSION SCHEME. Nothing to report.

21 SECTION 137
It was noted the s137 limit for 2023/24 is £9.93 per elector. Our electors as at 04/07/2023 stands at 2073. Therefore, we can spend £20,584.89 under this power.
