001 To receive APOLOGIES.

002 To agree the minutes of the last meeting held on 15th February 2021.

003 Budget to year end.
Please find attached a copy of the final budget detailing expenditure and receipts/income for 31st March 2021.

004 Annual Return 2020/21
Please find attached a copy of the Receipts and Payments, Budget and Bank Reconciliation for the year end 31st March 2021. Also attached is a copy of the Assets Register and a copy of section 2 of the Annual Return for your information, along with a draft copy of the report for the internal auditor.

To note the Internal Audit for Teversham Parish Council is booked for week beginning 26th April 2021. Documentation must be completed to send to the External Auditor BEFORE 2nd July 2021. The Clerk therefore plans to present the Annual Return to the Council at their meeting on 12th May 2021.

005 Notice of Appointment of Date for the Exercise of Electors Rights and Audit Timings – to decide on the inspection period dates. It has been recommended by the external auditors these are Monday 14 June – Friday 23 July 2021. The latest possible dates that comply with the statutory requirements are Thursday 1 July – Wednesday 11 August 2021.
Information must also be published on our website and on noticeboards.

006 PENSION SCHEME.
To report the Clerk has had some issues allowing access to the NEST account by Gavin Rankine, the new payroll bureau. No NEST pension will be taken from the Clerk in April, and righted in May. They are sending forms which need to be authorised by a signatory.

007 SECTION 137
It was noted the s137 limit for 2021-22 is £8.41 per elector. Our electors as at 14/04/2021 stands at 2135.

To report the Section 137 expenditure 2020/2021 is £8674.33.
