14 MATTERS ARISING:
a) Item 08 Cllr Kelleway to update the committee on the funding of three additional defibrillators in the parish.

15 SPEND AND BUDGET REVIEW TO 04/11/24 and 2024/25 BUDGET
To discuss a proposed budget for 2025/2026 and to agree a budget and 2025/2026 precept figure for recommendation to Full Council.
• To discuss purchasing three benches for the Pavilion

16 To note a pay increase, in line with the Real Living Wage, to £12.60 per hour, for the litter pickers backdated to April 2024. The Living Wage rates for 2024-25 were announced on the 23rd October 2024.

17 PENSION SCHEME. Nothing to report.

18 SECTION 137
a) It was noted the s137 limit for 2024/25 is £10.81 per elector. Our electors as at 13/11/2024 stands at 2077. Therefore, we can spend £22,452.37 under this power.
