04 MATTERS ARISING from 17th April meeting:
i) Item 009 – Cllr Hejny to report on the Parish Council’s policies compared to the new Dignity at Work Policy. PAPER ATTACHED. To discuss adopting the new Dignity at Work Policy.

ii) Item 009 – to report Cllr Hunt would like her name removing from the Health and Safety Policy as being responsible for the defibrillator.

iii) Item 010 – to delay updating the Recreation and Pavilion Hire policy, following the refurbishment of the Pavilion, until Recreation Committee has considered the fire risk assessment.

iv) Item 011 – Cllr Amrani to present a draft policy on celebrating local residents/memorials in Teversham.

05 To consider adopting the draft Media Policy. PAPER ATTACHED.
