195 MATTERS ARISING from 9th November 2020:
Overgrown hedges on cyclepaths and Cherry Hinton Road pavement – To note the paths from the layby to the Gazelle Way roundabout have been cleared.
Streetlight at Recreation Ground car park – To report Helen Taylor from SCDC, K&M Lighting and Balfour Beatty are drawing up quotes. There is an issue with connecting an electricity supply so the Clerk will research CCTV when the streetlight quotes are in.
Motorbike noise – Cllr MacInnes to report.
Tree survey – To note the Clerk is awaiting quotes.
Key audit – To note the Clerk has sorted out the keys she holds and has emailed councillors photos of those unlabelled for identification.
Neighbourhood plan – To note this will be on January’s agenda.

196 To discuss and agree the Parish Council’s response to the Cambridge Eastern Access Project Consultation. Deadline is midday on Friday 18 December 2020. Paper attached.
197 Cllr Amrani to report on the webinar she attended to explore the emerging evidence base findings and spatial options assessment for the Greater Cambridge Local Plan.
198 To receive an update from the Pavilion Improvement Working Party and decide on a plan for repairs and refurbishment.
199 To discuss applying to the Woodland Trust for a free tree https://www.woodlandtrust.org.uk/plant-trees/schools-and-communities/
Requested by a resident who saw the scheme publicised on BBC Countryfile.
200 To report the deadline for the winter edition of Teversham News is 8th January 2021 and to approve a prize for the Teversham News Photographic competition.

211 Committee updates:
Community Care Committee – the meeting was held on 16th November and the minutes attached.
Finance and Audit Committee – the meeting was held on 16th November and the minutes attached.
i) To recommend to Full Council to approve, in line with Parish Council policy, a rise in the litter pickers salary in accordance with the recent increase in the Living Wage Foundation wage of £9.50 an hour, to be backdated to April 1st 2020, and to add a line in the litter pickers’ contracts to say that their salary will be paid in accordance with the Living Wage Foundation rates in future.
ii) To recommend to Full Council, it adopts the minor changes of the 2019 model financial regulations, and make the appropriate changes to the current regulations to facilitate the Council holding a Debit Card.
iii) To recommend to Full Council that £31,000 is added to Capital for Project to be spent on projects decided on by the Recreation Committee.
