All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Teversham Parish Council on Monday 6th March, 7.30pm at Bewick Bridge Community Primary School, Fulbourn Old Drift, Cambridge CB1 9ND for the purpose of transacting the business below. The Public and Press are invited to attend.
Jo Baker, Project Manager from the Greater Cambridge Partnership, will attend the meeting, at 7pm, to talk to parish councillors about the Eastern Access consultation.

181 MATTERS ARISING from 6th February meeting:
1) Item 165 MATTERS ARISING from 9th January’s meeting: Planning advisor to Parish Council
To report the Clerk invited Philip Kratz to speak to parish councillors. The Clerk also contacted Waterbeach Parish Council who had advice when the application for their new development was proposed.
2) Item 165 MATTERS ARISING from 9th January’s meeting: 55 Highways/Fly Tipping and Street Lighting issues
Cllr Martin to update the Full Council on the latest with parking issues in Teversham village and the installation of roadside markers/bollards.
3) Item 157 BUSES
To report the Clerk contacted A2B and Stagecoach about the provision of timetables in Teversham but no replies received. The Clerk also contacted Greater Cambridge Planning about the provision of real time bus information signs – there is no plans for their provision and it has been confirmed there is no section 106 money allocated for Teversham village for buses or bus stops.
4) Item 167 PLANNING ISSUES TO CONSIDER:
CCCllr Daunton provided statistics in the school’s current role – Teversham Primary was 182; Bewick Bridge 215 (latest figures October 2022).
5) Item 156 Consideration of Parish Council Risk
Cllr Kelleway to update the Full Council on the provision of grit bins in the parish.

183 PLANNING ISSUES TO CONSIDER:
NOTIFICATION OF OUTCOME:
Single storey side and rear extension to restaurant, 1 High Street Teversham CB1 9AS was Granted Permission on 15 February 2023.

ii) To report Cambridgeshire County Council has launched a consultation on the proposed 2023 revision of the Local Validation List for planning applications for the County Council’s own development and for waste
development. Every type of planning application needs to include particular details about the project. You need to give different details for each application type. This is the local validation list. 184 To discuss the comments made by parish councillors on the Eastern Access Consultation to be submitted as the Parish Council’s official response to the consultation (PAPER will be circulated).
185 To discuss putting up banners, against the congestion charge, along Airport Way/Gazelle Way.
186 MOTION TO EXCLUDE – That under the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, the public and representatives of the press and broadcast media were excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of business as publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
187 CONTRACTUAL MATTERS
Tenders to be considered for the award of the Landscape Contract.
188 MOTION TO RE-ADMIT THE PUBLIC AND PRESS – It was resolved that the confidential business having been concluded, the press and public be re-admitted to the meeting.
189 Cllr Amrani to report on the Land North of Cherry Hinton following a meeting with SCDC officers.
190 Cllr Amrani to update the Full Council on the progress with the Pavilion refurbishment project.
191 To note Anglia Water has withdrawn the application to relocate the Cambridge Waste Water Treatment Plant to “provide the further information requested” and then resubmit. The company had submitted a Development Consent Order (DCO) application to the planning inspectorate to ask for permission to build a new sewage works on Honey Hill.
192 HIGHWAYS/FLY TIPPING AND STREET LIGHTING ISSUES:
a) To note the streetlight in Ferndale car park was reported and repaired.
b) To note Marshall are looking into improving the surface of the car park, next to the church.
c) To report the trailer parked in Eland Way cannot be considered as an abandoned vehicle. Thank you to Cllr Cone for his work on this.
d) To report the county council’s bidding process, to fund eight 20mph schemes, opened on 27th February and closes on 30th April. This will be the first of annual rounds and bids will not require any matched funding from parish councils https://www.cambridgeshire.gov.uk/20mph-funding

The draft minutes from the Finance Committee, held on 20th February, are attached.
i) To recommend to Full Council, the grant applications from local organisations are agreed by Full Council.
POLICY REVIEW COMMITTEE: This Committee, on 20th February, was not quorate and has been rescheduled to 17th April, 7.15pm.
