All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Teversham Parish Council on Monday 6th February, 7.30pm at Teversham CofE Primary School, Church Road Teversham, Cambridge CB1 9AZ for the purpose of transacting the business below. The Public and Press are invited to attend.
Sean Moroney from Cambridge Electric Transport will attend the meeting, at 7pm, to talk to parish councillors about the parish’s ebike scheme.

163 OPEN FORUM FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC. To allow any member of the public to address the Council (10 mins).
164 To consider and approve the Draft Minutes of the Full Parish Council meeting held on 9th January.
165 MATTERS ARISING from 9th January’s meeting:
a) Item 143 (December meeting): iii) RESERVED MATTERS APPLICATION FOR APPEARANCE, LANDSCAPE, LAYOUT AND SCALE FOR 351 RESIDENTIAL UNITS, LAND NORTH OF CHERRY HINTON 22/05037/REM – to report the planning department wanted more detailed comments from the Parish Council which Cllr Amrani drafted, circulated for comment and the Clerk sent off.
b) Item 153 CLLR AMRANI REPORTED A MEETING HAD BEEN ORGANISED ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN, ON 9TH FEBRUARY, 6.30PM IN HOPE CHAPEL – to note this has been postponed; new date to be arranged.
c) Item 155 – PARKING ISSUES (Cllr Martin) – deferred to the March meeting
d) Item 157 – BUSES (Cllr Barker) – to report it has been difficult to produce accurate bus timetables for the village.
166 To receive reports from Cambridgeshire County Council, South Cambridgeshire District Council and the Parish Clerk (15 mins).
167 PLANNING ISSUES TO CONSIDER:
a) 29 Sheppard Way – revised application to SCDC for a dropped kerb and the installation of a hard standing for the purpose of parking their car (papers attached).
b) Installation of a mobile block of two classrooms, access steps and ramp
for a temporary period CCC/22/150/FUL, Teversham Primary School, Church Road, Teversham, CB1 9AZ
FOR INFORMATION:
a) To report there are two consultations affecting the parish at the moment:
The Future of East Barnwell – https://thefutureofeastbarnwell.co.uk – deadline for comments is Monday 13th February
Newmarket Road and the selection of a preferred site for the relocated Park & Ride – https://consultcambs.uk.engagementhq.com/gcp-newmarket-road-23?utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery – consultation closes on Monday 20th March
b) To report Anglia Water has applied for DCO (Development Consent Order) on 31st January.
NOTICE OF OUTCOME – Single storey extension to front at 23 Sheppard Way Teversham CB1 9AX 22/04775/HFUL. The applicant has asked for the application to be withdrawn.
168 Cllr Amrani to update the Full Council on the progress with the Pavilion refurbishment project.
169 To consider ways of marking the King’s Coronation.
170 To consider a proposal from Cllr Kelleway that we plant four narrow growing cherry trees (Amanogawa) in front of the Recreation Ground car park, two each side of the entrance (Clerk has asked for information on cost from RH Landscapes and guidance from Highways).
171 HIGHWAYS/FLY TIPPING AND STREET LIGHTING ISSUES:
a) To note the original parking spaces in Sheppard Way are to be upgraded; no timescale available.
b) To note the streetlight opposite Marshalls Close was reported by a resident and repaired the same day.
c) To note the missing road sign in Church Road has been reported.
d) To note the large dip in the verge outside 2a Church Road, where a resident recently fell over, has been reported and out for repair.
e) To note Cllr Daunton has been liaising with Highways to make sure all the potholes in Teversham have been reported and are “in hand”.
f) To report a car was stuck in the mud in the church car park. The Clerk has been liaising with Marshall on the issue and informed the school.

The draft minutes from the Recreation and Environment Committee, held on 16th January, are attached.
i) Item 40 – to report Cambs Youth Workers are keen to meet with the Parish Council to discuss working with Teversham young people.
ii) Item 41 – Cllr Kelleway to report back on his conversation with Nicola Burdon from the county council.

176 FINANCE:
i) Full payment schedules and bank reconciliations for February will be circulated before the meeting. To consider and approve the payments listed on the payment schedules.
