To report the Clerk has contacted the conservation officer at Greater Cambridge Planning about the sign.

ii) 024 COMMUNITY ASSETS
To report the Clerk had an initial zoom meeting with South Cambs officers about the requirements to register community assets.

035 PLANNING: No planning applications to be considered.

036 HIGHWAYS: To consider:
a) The letter from Rebecca Simpkin Smith, Head Teacher of Teversham CE Primary School, about safety on Airport Way (PAPER ATTACHED).

b) Schemes to reduce school run traffic congestion that exist in Cambridgeshire – www.cambridgeshire.gov.uk/residents/travel-roads-and-parking/roads-and-pathways/road-safety/road-safety-education-for-schools/schemes-to-reduce-school-run-traffic-congestion

c) To discuss traffic issues in Gazelle Way.

039 To consider Cllr Hunt’s paper on more providing more defibrillators in Teversham (PAPER TO BE CIRCULATED).

040 To consider the installation of EV Charge points in the Recreation Ground car park (PAPER ATTACHED).

041 Cllr Kelleway to report on providing individual recycling bins in Ferndale.

042 REPORTS FROM OTHER GROUPS:
a) POLICE – to report the Clerk has written to the Police about the increase in antisocial behaviour and crime on the Foxgloves estate.
b) TEVERSHAM FEAST – Cllrs A Robinson and Amrani to update the parish council on the Feast.

c) To report the CAMBRIDGE EAST COMMUNITY FORUM is on Tuesday 9th July 2024, 6pm to 9pm at The Hangar Community Hall, Marleigh Square, Newmarket Rd, CB5 8AA

d) BEWICK BRIDGE COMMUNITY PRIMARY SCHOOL – to report Amy Luu, the Head Teacher, is leaving at the end of this academic year.
