You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Teversham Parish Council
At Hope Community Church on Monday 30th March 2020 at 7.30pm for the purpose of transacting the following business:

Please could Councillors ensure that they read the Agenda Notes before the meeting.
Conduct of Meetings – Councillors are reminded that meetings should last no longer than two hours after the Open forum has ended and finishing no later than 9.45pm. If it is evident that an item will take longer, it can be referred to a committee or a separate meeting can be arranged (with proper notice).
Correspondence – Councillors are entitled to see all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Please ask the Clerk.
Declaration of Interests – Councillors should be familiar with the Code of Conduct and should declare interests where appropriate. Please ask the Chairman or Clerk if advice is needed on this.

Apologies, Welcome and Introductions
Declarations of Interest
Public Forum To allow any member of the public to address the Council. This session is to last no more than 10 minutes.
To receive a report from the CCCllr. To receive a report from the SCDCllrs. Until 30th April To approve the Minutes^ of the Parish Council meeting held on Monday 2nd March 2020. Copies attached for information.
Matters Arising Need to Increase Parking Capacity on Sheppard Way. The additional parking on Sheppard Way is now being handled in house by South Cambs District Council. Litter Picker Contracts and Job Descriptions. A meeting has been held with one litter picker and the other has been requested.
Foxgloves play area. The trampoline cannot be mended. A new trampoline mat would cost about £1000. This wasn’t listed on the last safety check. The clerk is seeking further quotes.
Playground repairs wooden Equipment: the resistograph testing has been carried out and the Clerk is seeking clarification on the report. Parish Council Website – requirement for accessibility for all update our current website manager is looking into this but as yet the clerk has no update. The 3 Free Trees have been planted in the gaps in the hedge at the Recreation Ground. Many thanks to Cllr Fisher. Items for consideration Zero Carbon Grant Scheme.
Proposed Village Hall/Sports Provision – there is no update.
To consider Safety Surface quotes for Foxgloves. The Clerk has requested a site meeting and accurate quote from RTC Safety. The cost for rubber mound mulch which has been recommended by every company the clerk has met with is £34910 the wet pour will cost an extra £3744 (both excl VAT) The Clerk has applied for a grant from Mick George to be considered at the Panel meeting being held in April 2020
Grass Cutting Tender – to consider the quotes attached.
Existing Highways/Fly Tipping and Street Lighting Issues. The contract has been agreed and signed. Eon will be providing the Energy for the streetlights the Parish Council are responsible for. .New Highways and Street Lighting Please report any new items under this heading. If you are reporting streetlights, or lit bollards etc., please ensure you provide the number and location (i.e. opposite No 12). Photographs are very helpful. Finance
A full payment schedule will be circulated at the meeting. Balances and Bank Reconciliation. A full bank reconciliation will not be included as it is not the end of the month.
Policies and Parish Council Administrative Housekeeping Monthly Consideration of Parish Council Risk – play ground inspections and litter picking may not be complete in the coming weeks if government issue further lock down instructions. The risk to all from the Corona Virus. Recreation and Environment Committee. This meeting was cancelled on 16th March. All meetings will be reviewed during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Annual Parish Meeting is scheduled for 18th May at 7.30pm the Clerk is awaiting further instruction on what the Council is able to do regarding this. Bus Group –To receive a report if available.
Bewick Bridge Community Primary School – to receive a report if available. Airport Consultative Committee – to receive a report if available. Police Issues. To discuss/share any issues.
