167 MATTERS ARISING from 5th October 2020:
Marshalls Close update – Cllr Daunton has met with the SCDC Officer.
Ebike launch and Dr Bike event feedback.
Overgrown hedges on cyclepaths and Cherry Hinton Road pavement.
Streetlight at Recreation Ground car park – Helen Taylor from SCDC is speaking to their contractors for information for us.
Motorbike noise – Cllr MacInnes to update councillors.
ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
168 To consider applying for a SCDC Community Safety Partnership Micro Grants. Grants are £50 to £500 to improve community safety and must: seek to improve or contribute to community safety; develop the resilience of the community to crime/anti-social behaviour; meet a local, evidenced need; leave a legacy for the community and ensure equality of access. Deadline for applications closes on the 31st March 2021.
169 To decide on a working party of councillors to produce a Neighbourhood Plan.
170 To discuss the litter pickers carrying out a litter and dog bin audit.
171 To discuss carrying out a bus stop audit.
172 To discuss carrying out a winter tree survey.
173 To discuss carrying out a key audit.
174 To note the consultation on the Cambridge Eastern Access project was launched on 26th October. Information is available at www.greatercambridge.org.uk/CEA-Consultation
175 Proposed Village Hall/Sports Provision – To receive an update on the state of the Pavilion which seems in urgent need of some repair and:
i. To decide on immediate works (eg: to the base of the door cover, water stopcock, leaking roof, toilet and replacing the back door as the alarm is not working because of the damaged door).
ii. To decide on general refurbishment and painting.
iii. To report on covid safety measures implemented by Teversham Colts Football Club and to decide on financial help to fund materials.
iv. To decide on altering the height of the car park barrier.
176 Parish Council Website update
i. To decide on changing the name of our website to tevershamparishcouncil.gov.uk/
ii. To report the website will be linked to our facebook page. The ebike launch post had over 700 views on facebook.
iii. To consider holding a photographic competition in the January edition of Teversham News for photos to use on the new website.
177 Existing Highways/Fly Tipping and Street Lighting Issues

Teversham Community Help – to report the Parish Council has been offered a grant of £400 from SCDC for covid 19 to support the vital work that community groups are carrying out to help vulnerable people and/or those who need to self-isolate.
