i) Item 164 – REPLACEMENT STREETLIGHTING ISSUES – Cllr Hills to report on their site meeting with Strategic Projects Manager from Cambridgeshire County Council, Alan Hitch, on the replacement streetlighting.

ii) Item 165 – MVAS SPEED SIGN – Cllr I Robinson to report on the delivery, logistics, operation and future maintenance plan for the MVAS.

Quotes to be considered for the award of the streetlight maintenance contract (PAPERS ATTACHED)

179 MOTION TO RE-ADMIT THE PUBLIC AND PRESS – to resolve that the confidential business having been concluded, the press and public be re-admitted to the meeting.

180 To discuss the report and quotes from Balfour Beatty following their inspection of the Parish Council owned streetlights (PAPER ATTACHED)

181 To discuss and decide on future maintenance plans for the following:
i) Cherry trees in Recreation Ground car park
ii) Wild Cherries area of Foxgloves
iii) The Pavilion (PAPERS ATTACHED – example of maintenance plan)

182 To report the CAPITAL HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME FOR 2025/26 has been announced. It includes surface treatment of Newmarket Road from the Park and Ride to Airport Way, Yarrow Road to Fulbourn Old Drift and Teversham Road Fulbourn and the white lining refresh in Airport Way.
