19 APOLOGIES
To receive apologies.
20 MINUTES
To approve minutes of the last meeting held on 17th February 2020.
21 LITTLE CHERRIES GRANT APPLICATION. The Parish Council has received a grant application for £2275 for two laptops and licences, playground line painting and garden equipment for children.
To consider making a grant to Little Cherries.
22 TEVERSHAM COLTS FOOTBALL. The Parish Council has received a breakdown of expenses incurred to make the Pavilion covid secure. Total is £97.43. To consider reimbursing the football club.
23 LITTER PICKERS SALARY. In line with Parish Council policy, to consider a rise in the litter pickers salary in accordance with the recent increase in the foundation living wage, to be backdated to April 1st 2020. New rate released on 9th November is £9.50.
24 CLERKS SALARY. To consider national pay award as reported by nalc in August 2020.
25 COUNCIL DEBIT CARD APPLICATION. Following consultation with capalc, the Clerk can report the Clerk of a Council is permitted to hold a card on behalf of the Council if the council has adopted the latest Financial Regulations (July 2019). It is proposed that the Council is recommended to consider adopting the minor changes of the 2019 model financial regulations, and makes appropriate changes to the current regulations to facilitate the Council holding a Debit Card.
26 SPEND AND BUDGET REVIEW TO 31/10/20
27 2021/22 BUDGET. A proposed budget for 2021/22 is on spreadsheet from item 26 which can be reviewed and the precept request agreed.
28 To consider SCDC’s consultation on this year’s tax base before they formally set the tax base in November 2020. Deadline for responses is 23 November 2020.
29 PENSION SCHEME. To review any information available.
30 Section 137. To formally acknowledge the total amount of expenditure made under s137. Current expenditure under this power stands at £6266.22. The s137 limit for 2020/21 is £8.32 per elector. Our electors as at 11/11/2020 stands at 2172. So we can spend £18,071.04 under this power.
