31. SECURITY BUNDS
    • Cllr Stubbins to report the need to build up the security bund round the communal grass area off Eland Way/Gazelle Way to prevent vehicular access

    • To discuss and decide which company to employ to carry out the annual playground inspections.

33.FOOTBALL PITCH RENT AND AGREEMENTS

• To discuss and agree the renting of the football pitch to Wilbrahams FC.
• To discuss provision of new goal posts and line marking.

34. GRASS CUTTING SCHEDULE
    • Schedule of grass cutting for the Orchard.
35. PROPOSED STOPPING UP OF FOOTPATH To discuss and respond to the Draft Order.

 

36. LITTER PICKING.
    • To discuss and agree the purchase of litter picking equipment for use at litter picking events.
37. COVID MEMORIAL TREE
    • To discuss and agree purchase of a protective surround for the COVID memorial tree.
38. DOGS ON THE RECREATION GROUND
    • To discuss further restrictions on dog walking on the recreation ground.
