07 MOTION TO EXCLUDE – That under the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, the public and representatives of the press and broadcast media were excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of business as publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
08 CONTRACTUAL MATTERS
To discuss Teversham’s Community Warden Service and the shortfall in Community Warden funds.
09 MOTION TO RE-ADMIT THE PUBLIC AND PRESS – to resolve that the confidential business having been concluded, the press and public be re-admitted to the meeting.

11 DEFIBRILLATOR – to report new batteries are needed and a paper is to be considered by Finance Committee (meeting after this committee).
