To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 21st July 2025.

3. Matters Arising
To note and discuss any matters arising from the previous meeting, including:
a) Indian Culture Activities (Item 5.4)
To discuss suggested cultural activities for the Community Hub.
b) Community Hub Rota (Item 5.7)
To review and confirm arrangements for the Hub rota.
c) Defibrillators (Item 7.1)
To receive an update on the registration and servicing of defibrillators.
d) CPR Training (Item 7.3)
To receive an update from Cllr A. Robinson regarding arrangements for CPR training.

4. Community Hub
a) Clerk’s Update:
To receive an update on finances and funding, including the party grant.
b) Chair Exercise Sessions:
To discuss whether to continue chair exercise sessions and consider bulk bookings going forward.
c) Kurling Kit:
To note the arrival of the new Kurling set, stored in the Club cupboard, and to consider scheduling it as a regular monthly activity.
d) Christmas Party – Tuesday 16th December 2025:
To discuss arrangements including:
• Food
• Gifts for members
• Entertainment and other ideas
e) Session on Tuesday 23rd December 2025:
To discuss whether to hold a session, noting last year’s high attendance on Christmas Eve.
f) Christmas Cards:
To consider producing Christmas cards for club attendees and activity leaders.
g) Reopening Date for 2026:
To agree the Hub’s reopening date in the new year.
h) Future Event Ideas:
To discuss potential activities and events for 2026.
i) Refreshments:
To review stock levels and agree on plans for replenishment.
j) Cancellation Policy:
To discuss whether a formal policy is needed for short-notice Hub cancellations.
